GENERAL PRACTICE LAW SINCE 2004

Daniel Walsh & Associates was established in 2004 as a general practice firm. The attorneys concentrate in a limited number of practice areas to provide superior service to their clients. The firm represents clients in civil litigation, criminal defense cases, domestic relations matters, and personal injury cases. The attorneys and staff strive to meet every client’s needs. Client telephone calls are promptly returned and cases are handled with the urgency they deserve.

The firm represents clients in Plymouth County, Middlesex County, Norfolk County, Suffolk County, Bristol County, and Barnstable County. Depending on the nature of the case and the client’s best interests, however, the attorneys represent clients in other counties as well.

Although a small firm, Walsh and Associates has developed a network of resources available to assist with all cases. For cases deemed to be either too large or outside of the scope of the firm’s areas of practice, the attorneys are ready to make appropriate referrals. The attorneys offer a free consultation to prospective clients to discuss their cases.

The firm’s offices are located in Plymouth Center, overlooking Brewster Park. Convenient parking is available across the street, and the building is handicapped accessible.
